We are looking for a Project Officer to support the expansion project of a food processing plant.
A key role at the heart of project governance, reporting, and financial control.
âś… Your missions :
Ensure project governance, document control, cost tracking, and reporting to guarantee smooth execution across all engineering workstreams.
🛠️ Your responsibilities :
- Organize and track project meetings
- Manage documentation and support audit preparation
- Monitor costs: POs, invoices, and variances
- Report on schedule and key milestones
- Maintain RAID logs
- Coordinate suppliers and internal teams
- Support project close-out (handover, lessons learned, archiving)
🔍 Profile required :
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- High level of document control and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a demanding industrial environment
- Fluent English
