For more than 20 years, we have been supporting industrial companies in the design, optimization, and execution of complex engineering projects. Today, we are looking for a Packaging Engineer to join international dairy packaging line projects in Japan.
✅ Your Responsibilities
✔ Lead engineering studies and define the technical scope for dairy packaging lines.
✔ Support the full project lifecycle, from concept definition through commissioning.
✔ Coordinate equipment suppliers, engineering partners, and multidisciplinary project teams.
✔ Supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), installation, qualification, and validation activities (DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ).
✔ Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety, and operational performance standards.
🔎 Your Profile
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
💼 Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging engineering, ideally within the Food & Beverage or Dairy industry.
🌍 Fluent English is required; Japanese proficiency at a business or fluent level is highly desirable.
⚙ Strong knowledge of packaging technologies, industrial project management, and validation processes.
🤝 Team player with excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in an international environment.
