For over 20 years, we have supported manufacturers in optimizing their processes. Today, we are launching a strategic project with strong environmental and societal impact: the decommissioning of a major food production site.
✅ Your Responsibilities:
You will be involved across the entire project lifecycle, from design to commissioning:
✔ Overall management of the process scope (costs, timeline, quality, safety)
✔ Coordination of stakeholders (plant teams, suppliers, engineering, R&D)
✔ Supervision of key phases: design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up
✔ Ensuring compliance with industrial standards and food safety requirements
You will play a central role in the success of the project, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Occasional travel outside the client site
- 100% on-site position (no remote work)
🛠️ Technical Environment :
The project involves an industrial site including:
- Liquid dairy process: batching, pasteurization, fermentation, filling
- Powder process: feeding, mixing, material handling
- Advanced automation: SCADA systems, supplier interfaces (Siemens, Aveva, GEA)
A demanding technical environment with a strong industrial and international dimension
🔍 Your profile :
🎓 Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
💼 Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial dairy processing
⭐ Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards
🌍 English: required / Japanese: a plus
💪 Leadership, rigor, and the ability to thrive in complex environments are essential
